Mike is a member of our service desk team who  brings many years of experience with providing and coordinating support. Prior to joining our team, Mike most recently oversaw problem coordination, working to mitigate the highest priority and critical issues impacting a global business. Prior to that, he worked in Apple Retail helping to lead the team which manages the configuration and deployment of all technology at the store, both for employee use and customer demonstration. He also has extensive experience providing end-user support while creating a quality customer experience.

Outside of work, Mike loves to travel. Having moved to the west coast just over two years ago, he’s really been taking advantage of all of the amazing destinations California has to offer. He also loves quiet weekends at home with his two pups and playing in the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes.
